DECRETO 316\/2020<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SE APRUEBA EL CERTIFICADO \u00daNICO DE CIRCULACI\u00d3N R. (Min. Interior) 48\/2020<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se implementa el \u201cCertificado \u00danico Habilitante para Circulaci\u00f3n \u2013 Emergencia COVID-19\u201d para toda persona que encuadre en los supuestos de las excepciones al \u201caislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio\u201d que en el futuro se establezcan.<\/p>\n<p>El \u201cCertificado\u00bb ser\u00e1 personal e intransferible y deber\u00e1 tramitarse a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma \u201cTr\u00e1mites a Distancia\u201d (TAD), ingresando a https:\/\/tramitesadistancia.gob.ar\/<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">CUARENTENA. SE EXTIENDE HASTA EL 12 DE ABRIL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Presidente de la Naci\u00f3n anunci\u00f3, en conferencia de prensa, la pr\u00f3rroga del \u201caislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio\u201d hasta el domingo 12 de abril, luego de finalizada el fin de semana santa.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">AFIP: SE SUSPENDEN EXCLUSIONES Y BAJAS DE MONOTRIBUTO PARA AMORTIGUAR LOS EFECTOS DE LA CUARENTENA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia del aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio y con el fin de amortiguar los efectos del mismo, la AFIP informa que publicar\u00e1 una resoluci\u00f3n general mediante la cual se establecer\u00e1 suspender las exclusiones de monotributistas correspondientes al mes de marzo no realizando los controles sist\u00e9micos que se realizan habitualmente a tal fin.<br \/>\nAsimismo, se prev\u00e9 la suspensi\u00f3n de las bajas por falta de pago, no comput\u00e1ndose el mes de marzo como mes a contabilizar para la aplicaci\u00f3n de las bajas autom\u00e1ticas del r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">R\u00c9GIMEN DE REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE DEUDAS<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">MORATORIA MIPYMES, SE PRORROGA EL PLAZO DE ADHESI\u00d3N HASTA EL 30\/06\/2020. DECRETO 316\/2020<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se prorroga hasta el 30 de junio de 2020, inclusive, el plazo establecido en el \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 8\u00ba de la Ley N\u00b0 27.541 para que los contribuyentes puedan acogerse al R\u00e9gimen de Regularizaci\u00f3n establecido en el T\u00edtulo IV de esa ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>31SE APRUEBA EL CERTIFICADO \u00daNICO DE CIRCULACI\u00d3N R.
