La suma ser\u00e1 acumulativa y se abonar\u00e1 de la siguiente manera: \u2022 $ 3.000 a partir de enero de 2020; \u2022 $ 1.000 a partir de febrero de 2020. El incremento deber\u00e1 ser absorbido por las futuras paritarias y no ser\u00e1 tenido en cuenta para el c\u00e1lculo de adicionales, salvo Acuerdo convencional en contrario.
